Halsey and Evan Peters were spotted giggling and holding hands at Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park in Valencia, California two weeks ago and fans are working if they are dating.

Onlookers say the American Horror Story alum was flirting with the ‘bad at love ‘ singer as they lined up for the Goliath roller coaster. This should be great news for Halsey singer she crushed on the actor in 2012.
